Flexible Fitness is a private training facility that lets our clients focus on there workouts. No distractions! If your looking to reach goals quickly then we are your gym.

We are constantly bringing in the best equipment for our clients. Our latest piece of equipment is the PowerBlock dumbbells.

To add a partner to train with, it’s an additional $15/session to the package.
